Dubai Flaunt.
Our own line, and our proof of work. A dark shell tempered to a clean snap over pistachio ganache and toasted kataifi — the flavour everybody chased, executed as confection rather than novelty.
Every component is made here. The shell is tempered on our own curve, the kataifi is toasted in house, and the ganache is emulsified to hold a stable dose across the full deposit. Finished by hand, packaged on site, released on a lot number you can trace.
