Manufacturing and white label.
We are a licensed Brooklyn facility that makes chocolate, confection and infused edibles — for our own line and for brands who would rather own the recipe than the equipment. You bring the product idea and the licence; we bring the floor, the team and the paperwork.

Four categories, one production floor.
We would rather be excellent at a narrow range than adequate across everything. If your product falls outside this list, tell us anyway — we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Tempered shells, ganache and caramel fillings, hand-finished decoration. Bon bons, bars and bark, in polycarbonate moulds we own.
Chews, caramels, toffee and brittle. Cooked, cut and wrapped in house, in formats that hold their texture on a dispensary shelf.
Emulsion work that keeps dose consistent from the first deposit to the last, so every unit in a lot reads the same on the certificate of analysis.
Produced and packaged to specification, with the same batch documentation as everything else that leaves the building.
Your brand. Our floor.
The fastest route to shelf is a format that already works. Launch on a formula we have run before and you skip development entirely — you choose the flavour, the dose and the packaging, and we produce it under your name. If you want something that exists nowhere else, we will develop it with you, but you should know which of the two you are buying before you start.

Eight stages, in this order, every time.
The sequence does not change. Knowing which stage you are in is how you know what is still outstanding and what it will cost to move.
Format, dose strategy, price point and volume. We tell you what is buildable at your budget before anyone spends.
Recipe work, infusion method and stability targets set against the shelf life you actually need.
A pilot batch made on production equipment, not a test-kitchen approximation of it.
Third-party potency and homogeneity, sensory review, and your written sign-off on the reference sample.
Scheduled runs against the approved formula, with in-process checks logged at every stage.
Child-resistant formats, compliant artwork and finishing, assembled on site.
Manifests, licensed transport and delivery windows into authorised dispensaries statewide.
Sell-through review, forecast, and the next run booked before you run dry.
Tell us what you want made.
Send your product type, volume, licensing status and target launch date. You will get feasibility, timeline and cost back, not a brochure.
